“Anthony Ware’s personal story is weaved into a holistic lifestyle guide for men to make positive seismic life shifts while showing that yoga isn’t about twisting like a pretzel.”

—The Good Men Project

Stressed out. Hit rock bottom. Hate your soul-sucking job. Sound familiar?

Yoga is a 3000+ year-old technology. It’s time to use it to make positive and seismic shifts in your life. As guys, we all have fears, hopes, goals and want to rock out our lives in our own way.

Flexibility Not Required is a holistic lifestyle manual. It challenges and guides men to shift the way they embrace life and live happier, healthier, and better versions of themselves. It combines theory and example practices and includes a 6-week guided “Couch to Get Your Mind Right” program.

In Flexibility Not Required, Anthony Ware has created a yoga-centric version of Tao of Jeet Kune Do by Bruce Lee meets Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain meets 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss with a dash of The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown.
